Player Basic Plan


 
     This plan will be designed and completely customized for the amateur rugby player who wishes to train with a purpose and commitment to his/her own year to year development in all biomotor abilities required to become a very good rugby player.
     Upon receiving some essential personal data about the training background of each individual, a customized plan will be established to optimize results through periodized training. The following abilities will be shaped and developed throughout the plan and training process:
     1-Aerobic Endurance
     2-Anaerobic Endurance
     3-Strength and Maximum Strength (MxS)
     4-Power and Power Endurance (P and PE)
     5-Speed
     6-Agility
     7-Nutrition

 
     This plan will be discussed with the individual and fully explained as part of the plan's package, but this basic formula will not allow for follow up and evaluation / discussion of results as the player implement it. To get full feedback and unlimited access to expertise throughout the training plan's implementation, please refer to the Player Platinum Plan (PPP).
