     To emphasize the general and specific topics discussed in the book, author Frederick Claro is available for worldwide seminars on rugby training periodization. The book has been written to help serious coaches and players committed to rugby development to enhance their performances through a systematic approach both at individual and collective levels.
     The knowledge presented in the book can be condensed into an interactive seminar, where authors will expose fundamental and major training periodization issues, adapt them through specific examples, and answer even more specific questions from the local audience, hence targeting actual local rugby developmental issues.

 
     These seminars are ideally combined with rugby coaches courses, players courses, the rugby academies curriculum, annual rugby union meetings or professional clubs pre-season arrangements. All seminars are customized to the specific needs of the host. Different presentations can be made for players and then for coaches at different time, allowing for more information targeting towards the specific needs of each group of participants.
     Typically a seminar will run on a 2 and half hours format with lecture presentation, specific topic discussion and open questions from the audience.
