Team Basic Plan


 
     This plan will be designed to develop players biomotors, technical, tactical, and nutritional abilities to fit best into a collective scheme within a team environment. The team plan will provide training development in the following areas based on the three phases approach. These abilities will be discussed and included in the plan for individual and collective development:
     1-Aerobic Endurance
     2-Anaerobic Endurance
     3-Strength and Maximum Strength (MxS)
     4-Power and Power Endurance (P and PE)
     5-Speed
     6-Agility
     7-Nutrition
     8-Technical
     9-Tactical
 
     The plan will be discussed and designed with the data input provided by the coaching and conditioning staff of the team and devised in accordance to its goals and objectives. The basic plan does not include feedback during the plan's implementation, an upgrade to the Team Platinum Plan is always a possibility to get all necessary assessment and potential readjustment of the plan.
